In spring 2022, we created a timeline to highlight some notable environmental moments in history–both good and bad–and represent the change in global surface temperature over time. As future media professionals, we want to show the link between science and communication over time. We do not tolerate agencies that quietly support detriment to wildlife, ecosystems, and climate change. We champion the individuals and creative teams fighting to give Earth a voice. It is our duty, as creatives, to support scientific innovation and paradigm shifts in practices and give our brand a shot, like understanding patterns from the past in order to live a smarter future.

This installation features climate-related lived experiences, quotes, framing tactics used to divert attention from empathy to apathy, and other calls to action. Visit us on the third floor of Allen Hall to take a look!
